1. Read this before you buy
White Label Ecommerce sells education, ecommerce store assets, software and support. It does not sell income, and it does not sell a job.
We do not guarantee that you will make any money. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, or that you will recover what you spend with us or on your business. Nothing on our website, in our advertising, in our emails, in our training, in our live sessions, or in anything said by our team or by another member is a promise, projection or guarantee of financial results.
Ecommerce is a business. Most people who start a business do not succeed, and many lose the money they put in. You should be prepared for that outcome before you spend anything.
2. The purchase price is not your total cost
What you pay us covers access to the library, the training, the community, the sessions and the included software. It does not cover the cost of running a business.
To launch and operate a store you should expect to pay for some or all of the following, from your own funds:
- an ecommerce platform subscription and a domain name
- paid advertising, which is the largest ongoing cost and is entirely yours
- product samples, inventory or per unit product cost
- shipping, fulfilment, customs duties and taxes
- payment processing fees, refunds and chargebacks to your own customers
- apps, tools, subscriptions and any freelance help you choose to hire
- your own business registration, accounting and tax compliance
You need working capital beyond the purchase price. Advertising in particular requires money you are prepared to lose while testing, because not every product, creative or audience works. Do not enroll using money you cannot afford to lose, and do not enroll using borrowed money on the assumption that the business will repay it.
3. Testimonials, case studies and results we show
Where we display a testimonial, screenshot, case study, dashboard, revenue figure, conversion rate, return on ad spend or any other result:
- it reflects the experience of one specific person or store at one specific time
- it is not typical, and we do not present it as typical, average or expected
- we have not independently audited or verified every figure shown
- the person shown may have had more experience, more capital, more time, a different market, a different product or different circumstances than you
- past performance does not predict future performance, in that person's business or in yours
We do not track or publish average member results, and we make no claim about what a typical member earns. If you see a number anywhere in our marketing, treat it as an example of what happened to someone, not as an indication of what will happen to you.
Some people featured may have received a discount, free access, a commission, or other consideration. Where that is the case and the law requires disclosure, we disclose it.
4. Example stores, competitor figures and third party numbers
Our training and marketing reference real brands, real advertisements and real stores, including revenue estimates, traffic estimates and performance figures relating to businesses we do not own.
Those figures come from third party research tools, public sources or estimates. They are illustrative, they may be inaccurate or out of date, they are not verified by us, and they describe someone else's business. They are shown to explain a method, not to suggest that using a similar store will produce a similar outcome. You will not achieve a competitor's results by copying their page.
5. Stated values
Any itemised or total value figures on our sales pages, including any total stack value, are our own estimate of what comparable products and services would cost if bought separately. They are illustrative. They are not a statement of market price, cost, resale value or the amount you can expect to earn, and they are not used to calculate any refund.
6. What the Performance Money Back Guarantee does and does not mean
We offer a conditional, performance based money back guarantee, governed by our Performance Guarantee Policy.
The existence of that guarantee is not a statement that most members make sales, that you are likely to make sales, or that your purchase is risk free. It is a limited contractual remedy with strict eligibility conditions, including evidence of genuine implementation and a minimum level of advertising spend that you pay for yourself.
Money you spend on advertising, products, platforms, tools or any other business cost is not refundable by us under the guarantee or otherwise. The most you can ever recover from us is what you paid us. Read the Performance Guarantee Policy in full before you rely on it.
7. Your results depend on factors we do not control
Whether your business works depends on things that are yours, not ours, including:
- the effort, consistency and time you put in
- your capital and how long you can sustain testing
- your product and offer selection
- your advertising skill, creative quality and willingness to iterate
- your market, competition, seasonality and economic conditions
- your pricing, margins and unit economics
- supplier performance, product quality and delivery times
- your customer service and how you handle refunds and disputes
- your compliance with platform rules and with the law
- luck and timing, which matter more than most marketing admits
We provide assets, instruction, tools and guidance. We do not run your business, we do not make your decisions, and we cannot make the market buy your product.
8. Specific risks you are accepting
These are normal, common risks in this business, not remote possibilities:
- Advertising accounts get restricted or banned. Meta, TikTok and Google suspend accounts, reject creatives, disable pixels and ban pages, sometimes without a clear reason and sometimes permanently. This can end a store's ability to advertise overnight.
- Payment processors hold funds. New stores are frequently subject to rolling reserves, payout holds, account reviews and account closures, particularly in high chargeback categories.
- Products fail. Most products tested do not become profitable. Testing costs money and most of that money produces data rather than profit.
- Suppliers underperform. Delays, quality problems, wrong items, customs holds and stock outs are common, and they generate refunds and chargebacks that you pay for.
- Chargebacks and refunds are your liability. You are responsible to your own customers, not us.
- Market conditions change. A product, angle or creative that works this month may stop working next month.
- Competition is immediate. The stores and assets in our library are supplied to many members on a non-exclusive basis. Others may launch something similar in the same market at the same time.
- Regulation applies to you. Advertising claims, product safety, labelling, import rules, consumer law and tax obligations are yours to meet, and breaching them can result in fines or forced closure.
9. No professional advice
Nothing we provide is legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment or regulatory advice, and nothing we provide should be treated as a recommendation to invest money. Our team are ecommerce operators and educators, not licensed advisers. Get independent professional advice for your own circumstances and your own jurisdiction before you commit money.
10. This is not a franchise, a business opportunity or an investment
You are buying access to education, digital assets, software and support. You are not buying:
- a franchise, licence or territory
- a business opportunity in which we supply you with customers, accounts, outlets or locations
- an exclusive right to any product, brand, niche, design or market
- any interest in our business, or any security or investment product
- an ongoing right to have us operate, manage or supervise your business
We do not guarantee to buy anything back from you. Your store, your accounts, your suppliers and your customers are yours alone, and so are the results.
11. Our own results are not a forecast of yours
Our founder and team have operated ecommerce stores, launched brands and spent significantly on advertising over many years. Any reference to what we have done, or to what our stores have earned, describes our experience. It is context for why we teach what we teach. It is not a representation that you will replicate it, and it reflects years of accumulated skill, capital, relationships and failed attempts that are not transferred to you by purchasing.
12. Forward looking statements
Anything we say about what could, might or may happen is a forward looking statement and an opinion, not a promise. Words like "could", "can", "potential", "opportunity", "scale" and "grow" describe possibilities, not outcomes. No forward looking statement should be relied on as a basis for spending money.
13. Your responsibility
By purchasing, you confirm that:
- you have read this disclaimer and understand that you may make no money and may lose money
- you are not relying on any income claim, projection, testimonial or example as a reason to buy
- you accept full responsibility for your business decisions and their consequences
- you are financially able to bear the loss of the purchase price and of any money you spend on your business
- you will do your own due diligence before committing further money
If you are not comfortable with any of the above, do not enroll.
14. Relationship to our other terms
This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Performance Guarantee Policy. Where any marketing statement conflicts with this disclaimer, this disclaimer governs.
15. Changes and contact
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. The current version is always published at white-labelecommerce.com with the date it was last updated.
